We at Pet Magia are committed to your satisfaction and, therefore, we have listed below all the information related to the Delivery Time and Tracking of purchases made on our website.
Shipping time
The order will be posted within 5 working days after payment confirmation. If payment was made by credit card, this confirmation will be made within 24 hours. If payment was made via bank slip, it may take up to 72 hours for it to be cleared and only then will the shipping period begin.
Delivery time
Delivery time is 2 to 6 weeks after the product is posted. This is because the products sold in our store are imported and are sent from the stock of our suppliers in Asia and Europe directly to the address registered by the customer at the time of purchase.
If your product does not arrive within 6 weeks of posting, please contact the Customer Service Center.
Order tracking
All orders have a tracking code that can be found on the “Tracking” page on our website or directly on the Correios website.
Your code will be automatically sent within 5 days after being posted by our system via email along with the link to the page to check said tracking code. In addition, a new email will be sent with each new merchandise movement status update. Stay tuned, check your code and track your delivery.
Purchase of two or more products
In international shipments, the Post Office restricts the size and weight of packages posted. As a result, products may be packaged and posted separately. If this happens, you will receive more than one tracking code. In this case, the packages may arrive on different dates. Rest assured that all orders will arrive within the agreed deadline.
Taxed or taxed products
You will see in your tracking that the products will go through an inspection phase. Don’t worry, as this is a routine, expected process and you don’t need to take any action. Just wait for the product to be released, which will then be sent to your address.
Even if, eventually, a product is subject to customs duties, payment will be the sole responsibility of the Pet Magia store.
Missing recipient
Make sure there will be someone at the address provided when purchasing to receive the products during the scheduled delivery times. The post office will make three attempts to deliver the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the 3 attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address. In this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to collect the package at the Post Office within the deadline informed by the post office, which is normally up to 15 days. If collection is not made within the period in which the package is at the Post Office, the order will be sent back to our supplier. In this case, the customer can choose to receive their money back or have the product sent again.
All details related to delivery attempts and the address of the Post Office where the recipient must collect their package in the event of a failed delivery attempt will be informed by us via email and also on the post office website when using the tracking code provided by the Pet Magia store.
